How can Creative Option C help you and your organization?

Facilitation...
Your organization needs to get results. We can help facilitate the entire collaborative process, including assessing stakeholder needs, designing and facilitating planning meetings, and organizing follow up efforts.

Feedback...
The only way to find out if you're meeting your goals, providing value to customers, offering competitive services, and generating loyalty is to ask your customers directly how you are doing. We can help you design and implement a feedback or assessment process tailored to your needs.

Capacity Building...
Organizational development has to be a priority for any group looking for long-term sustainability. How do you take advantage of the capabilities of board members to ensure you are effective in reaching your goals? We can help identify individual and team strengths and weaknesses, design policies for streamlining board governance and put your organization on the path to long-lasting success.

"
Cathy provided great facilitation for our strategic planning. She conducted interviews with key managers and focus groups with employees. We appreciated her flexible approach to assure the process and outcome met our needs and her ability to assure it was completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Cathy."
Liz Prather, Superintendent
Richland County Board of Developmental Disabilities

The name Creative Option C refers to the philosophy that it is always possible, with commitment, to invent a solution that satisfies all needs, rather than choosing between two less-than-perfect options. For example, if Option A satisfies one group of interests and Option B satisfies a different group of interests, it may appear necessary to make a trade off. At Creative Option C we believe that by applying the principles of integrative thinking, and assisting the parties to continue listening to each other, a way can be found to satisfy all interests. We call that "creating Option C." When negotiations bog down, or when competing priorities slow progress, it is time for Creative Option C. Let us help your group or organization invent solutions together.
