C is for Customer Service
In addition to the extensive stakeholder assessments, Creative Option C offers an online customer service satisfaction tool. This can easily be adapted for any kind of internal feedback -- such as employee satisfaction surveying -- so long as the potential respondent pool is a discreet set of people who have internet access.
Creative Option C will provide:
- Consultation to design goals for the project (helping an organization determine what kind of feedback it needs from its customers, employees, or other stakeholders.)
- Survey design (as many drafts as it takes to get it right.)
- A link to an online survey that can be sent by email or mail to any group of potential respondents. (What a nice way to touch base with your customers!)
- A full report and analysis of the data
- After completing the survey, customers are redirected to the client's website.
